Now that this is officially another 'open' vs 'closed' arranger 'discussion', I think it is safe to say that every conceivable point of view has been expressed. Almost all have valid points but still the debate rages on. So what does this tell us? Nothing, as far as I can tell, except that perhaps the debate itself is more important than the answer.
