12"+ on its way here now we gonna get slammed today YIKES!!

12"+ for NENJ. expecting the rest of the state (CNJ and SNJ) to get hit hardest. Areas between the I-95 corridor and the coast have a real chance at getting crushed. 12-24 is possible should any areas of heavy banding set up over one location for a prolonged amount of time (very possible with this). There should be many 12+ measurements come Wednesday morning in those areas. I suppose extreme SENJ could have slightly less if it's too far SE of the heaviest snow axis. Maybe just 6-12 there. It's going to be a dynamic situation during live-casting so we won't know where the jackpot is until during the storm. This should give you a general guideline going into it though.

Timing: Arrives between 10AM and noon today from west to east then intensifies between 6PM and midnight. It should clear out by sunrise tomorrow morning.

Temperatures: Winds will be whipping around later tonight/overnight which will cause bitter wind chill factors as actual temps should drop to single digits and teens. Be safe everyone and stay off the roads if you can! JC
