I actually don't agree with a diet program. Cut your portions, eat more healthy with small salads, soups, and Oatmeal for breakfast, take a multi-vitamin everyday, and get some decent exercise. The key is to change your lifestyle so that you burn more calories than you take in. And don't be impatient; this takes time.

I've lost 13 lbs since January with the above philosophy.
