I can empathyze with your situation as I had the same health care situation with my own wife, until I was no longer able to personally provide the professional care she required. I thought flying a small single-engine plane from Pennsylvania to Angel Falls, Venezeula was brave but sailing a small boat solo from Maryland to the Florida Keys takes more 'guts' than I possess
