For all who have difficulty making the purchase of the license, here is a reply I got on one of my 5 complaints

If your customers are having trouble sending you payments, more than
likely the problem is regarding their account and not yours. Please
advise those that are having problems to contact PayPal so we can
better assist them with their problems.

community.
