We did not get your reply with the serial number. We need this to figure out if you need the new RAM chip or not. However, reading your post , I see you're still interested. You no longer have to send us your sound board as we have figured out a way to do this with only the HD (and RAM if applicable). We will simply send you the new hard drive and relevant information on installation. That is it. Send me an email at Ketron _tech@yahoo.com so we discus more.
