Thank you guys for replying to my problem. I have been having internet connection problems, and I am at my local library. I am going to forward this stuff to my technician who is running some tests on the keyboard.

Correction: Yamaha has one PSR3000, not two, that is doing the same thing, and they cannot figure out what's wrong.
