If the keyboard does not perform according to the advertisement and owners manual they are guilty of publishing false information about their product. What type of warranty does the keyboard have. Keep a detailed account of all of your conversations with Yamaha and the store that you purchased it from. Keep us posted Kmac _________________________ Kelly
