I am outraged at the news that Yamaha is not prepared to address the problems with this keyboard! The manual clearly states that the operation system is in flash memory for future updates, and now that the BUGS are starting to show up - Yamaha is turning their back on the buyers saying that the upgrades will be a ROM chip, and NOT covered by warrentee!
