If the GENOS 2 comes with MIDI 2.0, it would be a breeze to connect other MIDI 2.0 capable devices like external controllers, sound modules, digital mixers, control surfaces, etc.
The communication would be 2-way and the configuration would be automatic since MIDI 2.0 devices can see each others properties.
