The pain is a bit less, not taking anything stronger than aspirin now, and I have a meeting with an orthopedic surgeon on Wednesday morning. I can get around with the aid of a cane, but I'm afraid to try to pick up my gear so I will not be playing again until Tuesday afternoon. The place where I'm performing that day is filled with very young, attractive nurses aids and RNs, so if something goes wrong they can give me mouth to mouth, or a massage, or something that will make me feel better.
