Hi Don , I phoned Dave Sadler this morning re:- 6 way foot switch for you .
He is still trying for you and has not forgotten you .
I can't see what all the fuss is about ,The factory should just supply you .I had no problem getting mine from the Factory ,it is all really quite strange goings on !!!from the Italian factory !!
I'm sure it will all work out in the end .

Send and Email addressed to the Managing director in Italy and see what happens !!!!
