OK, I just tried the Roland GR20 Midi system into the MidJay.
AJ is right....it will only recognize Major Chords. I'm not sure why this is happening. If I use a keyboard's Midi Out, it recognizes my chord changes. Why is this different with a MidiGuitar? AJ?
As for the pianist mode. I turned it on by going first to style (turning on the style light to red) and then hitting edit. I then see pianist in the screen and use the wheel to scroll down to pianist and hit enter. It goes from off to on and puts a check in front of it.
