I gotta ask. If she doesn't drink and uses the bar as her ""life" how much does she spend there to make it worth the owner putting up with the disruptions of business.? BTW - seeing her in the bar every night should have been a real warning.
She has nothing else to do so I think another talk with the management may be in order. Would they put up with a customer harassing a server ?
