Actually, except for using a 2 1/4/' roll film, the loading, lens exchange, metering and shooting with a Pentax medium is just like shooting most 35mm film cameras. No learning curve. Square format cameras are a little different, but nothing you couldn't master in a 1/2 hour.
Pentax mediums look a lot like the old Spotmatics from the late sixties/early 70's. That's the camera that replaced the Crown graphics in the media business.
