Remember...no MIDI board is worth it'd salt for vA2 without MANY nicely placed MIDI controller switches.
Just look at any HW arranger...how many switches are needed for normal use..LOTS.
vA2 can have virtually any function assigned to a switch (very easy to do) so we need them for at least the primary arranger functions.

BUT, you can always add a Korg Nano control to the plain Jane MIDI keyboard for lots of switches & more..
BUT placement may not be ideal.

In hopes someday, someone will build a MIDI keyboard that is designed for software arrangers.....WOW...that would be a VERY big deal and would push the sales of software arrangers a great deal IMHO.

Actually the Novation SLM 61 MK II is darn good...and best I know about today.
