If you had contacted your distributor this is the first thing they would have advised you to do and then ask you to send the information along with your serial number. Its standard practice.

Only fact what I can see is that kayboard must work from begining with little update and that is the end of that story.
I am allso in position where I dont trust on that kayboard and dont play it in public.With all costs and update i play with my old Tyros...what that mean to you and what that mean to Ketron.My Audya goes for the third time back to Italy to repair troubles with Midi USB port and sound card changing and I am not really shure if Ketroners reall inpruve all that bad parts in kayboard cos my varanty is pased away.Bad thing is cos kayboard dont work from begining...
