Any funds collected over and above the cost of the clubhouse will be used for coffee, sodas, and snacks. I can get some big coffee makers from our social club and we can then buy styrofoam cups, stirrers, powdered cream and sugar from the managers.
We are not getting the kitchen unless we need that room for more time slots. we could also use the Pool/card room for that too.
The cost is for the member only. Your wife, husband or significant other is included. Children are not. This is a Senior Adult facility for Seniors 55 and older. You will need to add $5.00 for a guest you bring other then family as noted above. BUT remember the limit in the building is 100 people max per fire laws and management rules. We will not turn members away to accomodate members guests. That would not be fair. Parking is somewhat limited around the clubhouse as it is overflow parking for residents guests. There is parking out on the streets.
The rules are simple. No Smoking, No Booze, No Drugs.
It is easy to get here. The exit from 101 freeway is Blossom Hill RD. and we are at 195 Blossom Hill RD. about 1 mile West.
Terry, if you need more time you can share a slot with someone that will use less time. Perhaps one on each side of you. When you send in your check Let me know if you will or will not use all of your 1/2 hour, or if you are requesting more than 1/2 hour, so I can allocate to everyones advantage.
I think we can have the clubhouse open by 8 am and the coffee on. Possible even earlier if need be. WE have to close it no later then 8:30 and it has to be empty and locked by 9:00 PM.
