While I understand your wanting to focus on arrangers, I think we need to also understand that it is also about a gathering of SZ members and their music, regardless of how they do it or what instruments they use.

On the other hand since it's your show, if you want it to be an arrangers gathering first and a SZ members gathering second, then I understand that as well. Which it sounds as though it is what you are saying here.
