I rather suspected that the Harmonizer problem might require some hardware, but it surprises me that the other bugs can't be addressed through software.
I think they have really opened a can of worms with the 2000. Response to it has been probably much higher than anticipated. Maybe they made it a little too good for the price, and more sophisticated users are buying it, thus exposing some boo-boos that might have slipped by casual users. Just another random stream-of-thought observation after a long day of entertaining old people.
The wife and kids are asleep and there's nobody to talk to except MY OTHER FAMILY here on the forum.
