Everything from memory for me. I sometimes write a lead line or changes on a temporary card when I do a tune for the first time. I go over it once or twice, and then use the card the first time I do it on the job. I need to stop using the card ASAP, though, because if it's there, I be still using it long after it's turned dog-eared and yellow.
