I couldn't come up with a style really similar to Donny's but I thought I would take one of the styles on my KORG and create my own backing track by adding some pads, strings and keys ... Sure, the recording was first rate and the arrangement was great and the 900 sounded fantastic (after all, it IS a Korg), but it was the feeling...it really sounded like you meant every word (which I'm sure you did). It would be hard for anyone in a long-term marriage/relationship to listen to it without tearing up. Also, Lydia's sister is going through a serious health issue right now ... they celebrated their 50th this year, and to see how they are handling this issue together is an inspiration in itself ... When we had the band in NY our bass player was our 'featured' singer and this was one of 'his' songs ... I only started working on it after Donny's post about it ... thanks again _________________________ t.
