Can anyone help with a bit of advice about what type of microphone I need for my KN 7000. I am looking for something cheap and cheerful for use by the family at home for karaoke etc. I don`t know where to start so any advice will be gratefully recieved.

P.S. It is my birthday next month so I really need to be dropping hints now.

Cheers
Baz

Hi Baz.
I bought one from our 'POUNDSHOP' just mainly because I couldn't believe the price but I've used it on several Karaoke singalongs and it is surprising good value and it even has it's own ON/OFF switch.
If you don't like it you can always give to the kids to play with.

Regards

Thanks for that Peter, I take it the jack plug is a standard fitting and will fit the KN7. There are some on ebay very cheap, do they all fit a keyboard?

Is the jack plug is a standard fitting and will fit the KN7.

Hi Barry.
Yes 99% of all mic's are 1/4" standard fitting, The remaining 1%, either replace the plug or a converter plug is available
Kind regards to you and Olwyn.
