*How do you know if a drummer's at your front door?

-the knock speeds up!

*Did you hear about the drummer who turned up on time for his band rehearsal?

-he broke his ****ing drum kit!

*How many drummers does it take to change a lightbulb?

-none, the rest of the band do it for them!

*Did you hear about the drummer who was not on a total ego trip?

-he was shite at the drums!

*Did you hear about the drummer who was a really nice guy?

-he was also shite!

A drummer, tired of all the jokes, and the abuse, decides that he's going to learn something new.
He pops down to his local music store, and has a look around.

"How much for the accordion, and the saxophone?", asks the drummer.

The chap behind the counter asks, "Your a drummer aren't you?"

"Well yes, I am. How did you know?" says the bemused drummer.

"Easy, the accordion is in fact a radiator, and the sax is our fire extinguisher."

Jokes aren't just for drummers ....

A guy bought a vacation trip to an exotic Pacific island resort. As the cruise ship headed into the harbor our friend could hear the native drumbeat in the distance adding to the atmosphere. Very cool he thought.

As the ship pulled into the wharf at the harbor the drumming was now much louder and more prominent. The guy asked a crew member "When does the drumming stop ?" ... the crew member said "The drumming must not stop" and just ran off.

He went to his hotel and checked in and now the native drumming continued louder than ever. He asked a hotel porter how long the drumming would continue. The porter said "The drumming must not stop" and ran away.

Well the drumming continued for the next 3 days and nights the guy was staying there. He was unable to get a wink of sleep or an answer about when the drumming would stop. He eventually checked out and was glad to be leaving after such a sleepless vacation. On the was out he was determined to get an answer to his question. He firmly grabbed a hotel employee so he couldn't run away and asked him "What will happen if the drumming stops ???" .... the hotel employee said "Bass Solo !!!" .....

.... Enjoyed the drummer jokes but heard them all before !
..but what happens when the Bass Solo stops ? Something even worse - a Banjo Solo. (A good Banjo player is one who can play, but doesn't)
