Thing is, yes although good ‘for the money’, it is still in a totally different price category to things like the Event, Genos or PA4X, and totally different capability.
I still don’t get the need, once you have the TOTL why anyone would want to spend a ton of time learning a new OS on a cheap arranger when you already have mastered the best thing available. As was said earlier, wouldn’t all that time and effort be better used improving your playing, expanding your repertoire, or exploring maybe little used parts of your current TOTL arranger, like its sampler or style creation tools..?!
Time is the one thing that’s finite. Yes, you may have enough money to buy as many arrangers as there are, but there’s still only 24 hours in a day. What’s your time worth? Every hour spent trying to set up a new low end arranger is an hour you didn’t spend improving your TOTL one…
