There is no mistaken the S670 for a Genos, or even a Tyros
That being said, it is perfect for you.. You won't lose a lot of money when/if you sell it.. You usually lose the cost of the s 670 ($600- $700 ) when you sell your high end models..
The s670 will allow you to input midi and audio data into MixCraft.. You can record songs using the style play as midi data, then assign vst's to parts that need better sounds , like drums, ep and acoustic piano. other parts like guitar you can retain Yamaha sounds via external sound device setting in MixCraft.. Then mix in MixCraft , add quality effects from MixCraft, and mix down as audio files when you are finished.... Let me know if you need help setting up..
