Double post; I posted this yesterday already (see "Roland to be bought out by own management"). This is an intentional buyout so that the management can pursue its own company goals instead of being controlled by short-term oriented shareholders. http://www.synthzone.com/forum/ubbthread..._own#Post389047

Which makes this a good thing, shareholders are only interested in one thing, making money fast..... They should be bannned from any serious buiseness...
