I have observed the following:

1. Random error where Audio drums are out of sync with the chosen style.

2. Random error with a low volume - high pitch background noise when choosing certain styles.

3. When using the CLASSIC B3 organ with the rotor effect the reverb of the voice is turned off when changing the rotor from from slow to fast.

4. Random flickering in the display when using the arranger conductor and changing right hand voices while playing.

So far

Random Blue bar in wrong place in menus
Sometimes need to push buttons twice to change functions
Style group in menu does not match where style should be
Sometimes data wheel stops at each end of menus and does not rollover
Pressing left voice changes voice in drawbars
When editing voice always jumps back to previous edit voice
Screen flashes randomly distracting
KB locks up the only way to release in to make sure registration button is not down
Registration led comes on when not required and locks style on
Using drawbars top of KB drops an octave, workaround push one octave down button
This also occur using Puff Organ and Italian organ
Data wheel on voice show page number OK not in styles
Date wheel rolls round in voice not in styles in styles has an end stop sometimes
playing drawbars rt hand menu data confusing

I think the crucial bug is as Morten wrote - random error of synchronization between audio loops and midi ,that happens on a live gig and people are watching at us like we are playing on a playback how confusion is that. Sorry but I must explain what is going on because it's stress to expect when will this happen on a live gig,and that happens on every gig.

Agree. I have had these embarassing moments when playing with two different bands. I did not note it on solo jobs. What is going on?

I guess it's not a bug, but I would REALLY like a fingering mode that lets you play left hand notes below the split until you press three notes together.
Roland calls this mode Pianist, and it is very useful.

We do have a PIANIST Mode which allows you to eliminate the split all together. Using a sustain pedal you can (when pressed) freeze the chords and play solo throughout (chords are not recognized) or when you release the pedal, play and have the AUDYA recognize the chords.

Also in SPLIT mode (with 1 or 2 voices on the left) you can play and have the keyboard change chords ONLY when 3 notes are pressed (STYLE_MODE - CHORD MODE = FINGER 2. or EASY 2). The arranger waits until you press a complete chord (3 or more notes) before playing that chord.

Are any of these features what you were refering to?

Not quite. Fingered 2 is what I'm using, but I don't believe it's letting me play a left hand chord, then play individual left hand notes without changing chords.
On the Roland, I can play a chord below the split, then play individual notes and it doesn't change chords until I hit three notes together. I don't think the Audya is doing this.
I will double-check all my settings tonight.
