Unless it's Fran's driver, I never want to see that brown truck again. Now I know why they're brown...full of ....! I took my case from MI to TX to MI again to only be treated with rudeness and messages on my recorder. Wow, what a terrible experience dealing with UPS. Lost my money and they lost a customer. I even have the photos showing the damaged box! Still no luck. I might fight it in claims court, except it takes 10 weeks. Thanks for all your support. I may be contacting my Muskegon MI friend who offered so kindly to fix my board if I buy the parts. Thanks
