As I wrote on this forum some weeks ago ,my forum buddy Roel de Jonge from Coevorden , helped me with my music configuration / equipment .
I had problems with the connections between the yamaha keyboard 9000 Pro , the yamaha stage piano P90 and the other “stuff “as PC , soundcard , mixer a.s.o.
After Roels intervention , it is still working perfect .
Traditionally every year I make a cd with 15 “home made songs” as a x-mas greeting .
I sent this cd just before x- mas [with also a home painted cover] to my family, to my “network” as friends , relations and of course to the members of my “old men club “[ a club for past- rotarians]
For the latest group , it is cheaper to give everyone a cd , not only for x mas but also for my birthday, at that time , otherwise I have to treat everyone a long drink [ that is usual] and that is much expensive .[!] and…. they like my cd very much , for they have a nice backround music for the x-mas dinner .
To make such a cd , is lot of work so mostly I started in the month of august .
I am very happy that I have the possiblity to work with a headphone , because I decided to make his year a cd with only x- mas songs and my wife elisabeth hates to hear in summer already songs like “I saw mum kissing santa klaus “, silent night” and “adeste fildelis “..
I am proud of my working configuration /equipment in my little “studio “.
So , like Roel de Jonge did before , I will show you some photos.
As you see : on the top is my yamaha 9000 Pro and below my stage piano the P 90 .
I am using only the P 90 , because I am a piano player, and by playing the P 90 I am using the 9000 pro [ Rroel did that connection for me ]
I have two studio boxes , the yamaha MSP10 ,enough for my little studio.
On the right side you see in the corner the M-Audiophile , my extern sound card .
Also you see my new mixer , the yamaha MG 12/4 .
On the screen of my pc is the program Band in a Box version 2005 . I like BB very well .
A little cd player, connected with my mixer makes my configuration complete .
you can see , that I have labelled all my cables, for I do not understand everything about “why ?“ and I am only interested in piano-playing and if it works [ or not ] .
I have a big chair , which can turn, so turning to the right I am playing and to the left I am working with the sequende programs on my pc .
