I took a cello voice, edited it completely, then edited the ensemble voice to my liking, then combined the two, and tweeked it further after that

Actuallyt the song was recorded at 44.1 khz. That's the sampling rate for my Fostex. The file was huge. The MP-3 compression really drops the size down, but you also suffer in the sound reduction as well.
I too am interested in what Yammie has in store for the new line replacing the DGX series. I hope they greatly improve the sound set.
