Most likely you will not have to load everything every time you power the Roland X AJ. The Roland X can store up to 544 Mb's of Sample RAM but also can store up to 1 Gigabyte of additional WAV ROM data. At least that's what I'm gathering from the info that I've read. With the ability to add WAV files (up to 1 GB worth) I would assume that that data would be stored permanently in ROM and therefore would always be available on the Keyboard the instant you fire up the Roland X. The same way as the other WAV ROM Voices are.
