the KN7000 can load KN2000 files directly without having to save in the intervening models, but hex editing will not help to load KN1000 sequences, since all the data will be in the wrong locations.

If Ann is referring to Technics Music Academy disks used for their Music courses I was asked to do some work on these disks many years ago, and probably still have the files somewhere. They will load into KN3000/5000/6000 so will also load into the KN7000. If my memory serves correctly there was an intro book/disk and 4 books of 2 disks each, each disk 17 to 20 tracks. The arrangements were very simple, designed for beginners and the sequences will not sound particularly well on the KN7000 since not created/mixed on it.
