Dear Diki.
You are not wrong to complain about everything that is happening.
However, each company's policy is different (good or bad).
And maybe you're right.. I shouldn't have made this post. But the excitement because I know what's coming and because I'm excited about what's to come (and believe me it will be very creative), prompted me to make this post.
I apologize if I upset you. It wasn't my intention.
