Over the summer, I changed some of my speakers with deals I found on FB Marketplace.

I snagged another pair of Yamaha DXR10 speakers from a local fitness club. $600 for a pair of DXR10... On-Stage wall mounts... 2-25’ roadhog 1/4” cables with gold connectors... 4-10’ Roadhog 1/4” cables with gold connectors. Speakers were a tad dusty but it was a great find. Now I have 4 DXR10 speakers.

I also got a deal on a Yamaha StagePAS 600i system. Already rented that system to a ladies vocal quartet and made $300 over 3 gigs.

I sold 2 older Motif ES keyboards on FB Marketplace. Turned that money into 2 QSC K8.2 speakers from a local installer... $550 a piece. I wanted them for monitors for my bigger gigs.

Then I sold my EV SbA760 95 pound subwoofer on FB Marketplace and ended up with the QSC KS112 new 2000w 12” Subwoofer... 62lbs with casters!

Now, that 62 pound sub packs a punch! The Genos sounds fantastic through the 2.1 setup. Out of the mixer in stereo to the QSC KS112... left and right out to the QSC 8.2 (27 pounds each) pair... great 2.1 system with a total of 3000w/6000w peak wattage. The 55 plus crowds will be rocking!!!
