Sorry I am reading this rather late (... been busy with the new upgrade about to be released and the re-design of the new website to handle the new huge data).

Your package was shipped out to you on Feb 11, 2014 via USPS (tracking number LC894362161US ~ a little later than initially planned due to the bad storms we have endured these past few weeks which shut everything down) and we sent you an email on that same day. It appears you never got it - which is why I am updating you now (after reading this post). We were told 12-14 business days, you should be receiving the package but like Tom04 mentioned above, each country's customs are different (a factor we have no control over from this end). Some deliver right to you while others will send you a separate letter asking you come and get it. Let's give it a few more days and see, but you should be getting it rather soon.
