Upgrade HD Audya 4

Hello
I ordered a upgrade HD for a Audya 4.
On February 6 I get a mail from AjamSonic that the upgrade HD word send.
I would then also receive a tracking number.
Since then I have heard nothing and I still have no tracking number.
Does anyone have the same experience with AjamSonic and what do I need to do.
The upgrade has been paid.

Check your Spam or Junk folder (If a webmail account also check online, not just in your email program) as it’s possible the email was moved there by mistake, if it is still not showing just email AjamSonic to ask.

I have already send a mail to AJ a week ago and still waiting for a answer

I'm from germany, so my english won't be better.
I got my Audya Upgrade from AJ without problems, but it may take 2 or 3 weeks until it arrives, due to the shipment.

AND ... it didn't arrive at my post adress, it arrived at the toll (customs) center. From there I got a message, that I could get my package there, after paying the tax and I had to bring the bill.

So, have some patience, and may be you get a delivery message from the customs.

Otherwise, I think AJ is reading here and will give you an answer. I was very satisfied with his service.

Sorry I am reading this rather late (... been busy with the new upgrade about to be released and the re-design of the new website to handle the new huge data).

Your package was shipped out to you on Feb 11, 2014 via USPS (tracking number LC894362161US ~ a little later than initially planned due to the bad storms we have endured these past few weeks which shut everything down) and we sent you an email on that same day. It appears you never got it - which is why I am updating you now (after reading this post). We were told 12-14 business days, you should be receiving the package but like Tom04 mentioned above, each country's customs are different (a factor we have no control over from this end). Some deliver right to you while others will send you a separate letter asking you come and get it. Let's give it a few more days and see, but you should be getting it rather soon.

Please keep us updated via email - or on this forum if you get no response via email, and once more, I do apologies for any delays experienced.

We have received the HD upgrade from AjamSonic.
after a couple weeks of testing we are happy to tell you that this is a massive update
Each day we find more and more new sounds.and styles.
Installing the hd was very easy.
