I'm from germany, so my english won't be better.
I got my Audya Upgrade from AJ without problems, but it may take 2 or 3 weeks until it arrives, due to the shipment.

AND ... it didn't arrive at my post adress, it arrived at the toll (customs) center. From there I got a message, that I could get my package there, after paying the tax and I had to bring the bill.

So, have some patience, and may be you get a delivery message from the customs.

Otherwise, I think AJ is reading here and will give you an answer. I was very satisfied with his service.
