The main repair center for Ketron in the US is in DE. We are also currently working on training and licensing persons in other states (especially with the AJAMSONIC project) so as to allow users have closer proximity to repair centers. Our customer service (AjamSonic) I believe speaks for itself and you can find out from others on this forum and likewise. The person you purchase your instrument from should be able to support it after the sale - something many looking to purchase anything forget as their focus is on how much more they can save if they purchase from A, rather than B.

As for the Hard Drive, the new AJAMSONIC SSD may just be a solution worth considering (www.AjamSonic.com) as it has more reliability and stability than the standard Hard Drive due to no moving parts ... just food for thought.

We are also making the SSD available to the entire Ketron product line (SD-series, X-series, XD-series and Midijay) within the next week or less!
