I play about 4 to 6 hours every single day with my Audya on my lap, setting it up for our performances & getting to know it better.

Myu legs move around all the time, keeping up with the beat etc. I'm sure the Audya's HD was never designed to cope with that. I blame myself totally for my HD failure. Now I have a SSD installed & the above shpould no longer be any concern.

The Audya is now completely stable after all the OS updates. You can ask any user, they'll confirm this.

I cannot comment on service. Between TWD & AJ I've only received exceptional service.
