Actually Tony this comment is a little bit out of order - I offered (via Ketron UK) on a number of occasions to help you out but you seemed to enjoy the grumbling on SZ. Initially the problems were caused by your dealer whos laptop powered off during file transfer. Bu even up to the last months of you owning an Audya we offered to have the instrument back and do a complete factory restore to sort out any issues you were having.
