When I had taken my HD in and out to make the HD I sent you a while back my Audya started to do the Int Err and I noticed that the ribbon plug clip had worked loose. I wonder if your has done the same, you need to get a magnifying glass on the end of the ribbon cable and see if its slack in the plug, I do have new plugs and some ribbon I could make you a new cable up, it means taking the lid off again.
