EddyKN you simply taking the time to explain the way you did above means alot to everyone here I am sure. It shows your sincerety and professionalism.

I know that I don't have a Vega but I still see Eddy's point of view as I am sure Ziad now does....right abu el zeek?

Its sad that this has to happen this way because at the end if Ketron takes the right steps then everyone will benifit:

1)EddyKN will make some money which I am sure no matter what they paid him will not be worth the time and effort he put into those cards. I am sure Asafar and others here who work on making sounds on keyboards realize how much time it takes to get good sounds out, and imagine if you had to do all that EDDYKN has to go through.

2)Ketron will benifit because I am sure they will make way more money than they would have invested when they sell it to the end user. Everyone here agrees that every Vega owner will end up buying this card.

3)The end user, You and I, will also benifit because we will end up with nice sounds styles and great support from EDDYKN who is one of us and knows exactly the type of music and demand we have as keyboard players.

So really if Ketron has any smarts they would invest into working on at least compnesating EDDYKN for his hard work, which in the end will make everyone happy.

I don't want to sound like taking Ketron's side or Eddy's side, but let me just mention that there were days when I bought a keyboard, and that is ALL I GOT from the company. I had to transform that keyboard with alot of hours of work, into what I wanted to be...there was no support...there was no one who knew what the hell Arabic music or arabic sounds or styles meant. So to me honestly when I think about where we stand now...we are in great shape I think. You buy keyboards that have alot of the stuff that we used to spend hours and hours building. I know its never enough and our expectations grow as technology advances, but lets simply keep our hopes up and I sure hope Ketron is reading this.

At the end, we all agree that we have seen nothing but great attitude from EDDYKN in all aspects of the word.

My two cents , now let me go enjoy my X1, this thing gets better everyday for me .
