I will say this tong-in-cheek.
For me to think that Yamaha with its large staff is making wrong decisions is a bit arrogant. Yes we can judge a single move but when you stand back and look at the bigger picture remembering the little chair I am sitting ----- and that they are still working to supply a new model for our use and enjoyment, unlike Technics that turn away from our needs and is no more.

Talking about the different features is valuable without a doubt.

My wife sat in a woman’s meeting where the woman complained about the many things their husbands did like leaving their socks around, not leaning up and getting involved in a sport event on TV --- A woman stood up and said, “I give anything to see my husband involved in watching a sport event on TV while his socks on the floor in the middle of his mess, You see he left me”.

I would not be a happy camper if one of the big name keyboards faded out – and for me that would be Yamaha. This is a feeling that many of the Technics keyboard feel about the Kn8000 that never came. What would we do if there wasn't a s950 or a Tyros 4 to to dream about.

Again, In my humble opinion, John C,
