Much of this will depend upon the song, and the associated style. There are thousands of outstanding style files available that have intros and endings that were created specificially for a particular song.

Of course, you have other options, such as playing the intro and ending yourself, or creating the intro and ending using your T2's onboard Style Creator program. There's really nothing to it, and when you're finished you have a custom style for that particular song.
