the fact that they are working on a manual is not excuse for ignoring their customers,

of course they speak English, you kidding?

all i have to say is ,

if this is how Ketron treats their customers, it is very sad indeed.

i think we deserve a bit more consideration and respect

and if they are not going to reply when they say they will 12-24 hrs.

then REMOVE the support from the website

all this is TURNING ME OFF from buying anything KETRON and that includes of course the AUDYA
