I didn't hear that at all. As if you never knew what you were telling with this song.
And while I'm being the negative pain in the butt already, I'd like to add that you should be careful not to get too far ahead. Elvis' timing was legendary, and just singing the words 2/4 of a bar too early doesn't make it right.
Burkels - I think what came across, to use your word, harsh was the declarative nature of your comments.
All of this feedback is pure opinion. I may agree with your comments, or I may not - but you could've basically expressed exactly the thoughts in a slightly nicer way.
You can be as dramatic as you wish, or as you say, you could also lie and write things you don't mean or you could just shut-up...all of which seems a little silly, when just choosing a slightly different tone would probably make all this sideshow stuff go by the wayside...
