I loved the trumpet sound on my Kn7000. I hated it on the Psr3000 and the Tyros1. The Tyros 2 came with great trumpets. I understood, and it is hearsay, that some of the Technics tech went over to Yamaha.

My ratings (Personal opinion)

Psr 3000 excellent keyboard.

Tyros 1 better, but not earth shattering.

Tyros 2 much improved and back to excellent.

S900 is like my Taylor C314 guitar � it�s sweet � nice to play � nice tone. But ain�t as good as the C714 at almost twice the price.
