I was underweight all my life until my 40s then my stomach didn't bounce back after eating as much as I used to. I notice that I'm not as active as I used to be also. I do caution against the diets as well. Eat properly when you are hungry. If you are full then stop eating. Whole wheat products are more filling than plain (like spaghetti, and breads) so you don't have to eat a lot to be full. Snack on fruits instead of ice Cream. Stay away from products with
processed sugars too. That is a tough one I know.
If these don't work you can always go back to the come-backs at the top.

Set a goal for yourself. Be reasonable about it. Write it down. Read it every day. It will work.
