I most definately recommend you "tons of" CAUTION! I am an extremely skeptical person towards all kinds of "crazy" miraculous diets, Dr Atkins' included. I don't doubt you got the results you describe, but I also think one should try to understand HOW it works and ASK IF it's healthy or not. I'm in a rush now, but later I'll tell you what I know about this diet.

For me, THE ONLY REAL way of achieving (and keeping) an adequate weight is to "eat properly" and exercise regularly. Everything else is an expensive illusion, with a non negligible possibility of becoming an unhealthy choice you'll regret.
